Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Hollydaz bag. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will make it right.

Damaged or faulty items

If your bag arrives damaged or with a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at jo@onpaws.com.au. Include a photo of the damage or fault and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Change of mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please make sure you are happy with your selection before completing your purchase.
