Shipping policy
Every Hollydaz order is packed and posted personally from Mooloolaba, Queensland. Shipping is included in the price of your bag, so there are no surprises at checkout.
How long will it take?
Once your order is placed, we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times after dispatch are estimated by Australia Post:
- Queensland: 1 to 3 business days
- New South Wales, Victoria, ACT, South Australia: 3 to 5 business days
- Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania: 5 to 8 business days
These are estimates and can vary during busy periods such as Christmas.
Tracking
We use Australia Post with a business account. Where a tracked label is generated for your order, you will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at jo@onpaws.com.au and we will follow up for you.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your parcel, please contact us at jo@onpaws.com.au and we will sort it out promptly.
International shipping
International shipping We now ship to the United States. A flat rate of $20 USD applies to all US orders, dispatched from Mooloolaba, Queensland via Australia Post International. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping rate.
